   • In the event of termination, any outstanding fees shall be paid by you.

9. Governing Law:

   • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, Waller County.

   • Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas, Waller County.
